JOJOMAMA is a Singapore-based social enterprise that empowers individuals with special needs to earn a living through meaningful work. Founded by a passionate advocate, Interior Architect, and mom of a youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the initiative has grown from a ground-up vision into a collective of talented artisans with disabilities. Together, they craft stunning, handmade pieces that often upcycle real flowers and leaves into resin keepsakes—bespoke, functional gifts that preserve the beauty of nature while carrying a deeper purpose.
At its heart, JOJOMAMA is about more than crafts—it is about creating opportunities for independence, confidence, and inclusivity. Every product tells a story of resilience and creativity, while every purchase helps to build a sustainable community that enables the differently-abled to thrive. By paying it forward, we hope to shape a more compassionate society where everyone is valued and celebrated.
JOJOMAMA began with Phoebe’s hope of creating gentle, meaningful opportunities for young adults with special needs, inspired by her son Jonah and their family’s journey with Autism. Drawing on her background as an Interior Architect and entrepreneur in Singapore and Malaysia, Phoebe slowly grew JOJOMAMA alongside her design practice, weaving her love for design with a heart for inclusion and dignity in everyday work. Joseph, her husband and dad of Jonah stays in the background supporting the business aspects.
Under her leadership, JOJOMAMA has grown into a thriving social enterprise where differently-abled artisans are trained with various craft skills, with a focus on upcycling, transforming art into meaningful, functional gifts. Each piece reflects not only creativity and craftsmanship but also resilience and dignity.
Behind every JOJOMAMA creation is a differently-abled artisan with a story, a talent, and a passion to share. Our community is made up of young adults with special needs who contribute in different ways—some through full-time or part-time employment, others through gig work, piece-rate projects, or as trainees learning new craft skills.
Each handmade piece reflects not only their creativity and craftsmanship but also their journey of growth and resilience. By supporting their work, you are uplifting diverse pathways to inclusion and helping us build a community where every individual, regardless of ability or arrangement, can shine.
I love them ❤ They are very pretty❄ Thank you so much for the additional pieces. I must also add that your packaging adds a very nice touch !
These dried-flower resin coasters are handmade with love and for love—they are perfect for my wooden dining table. My order was customised with a colour palette of green, white and yellow to complement the rustic brown wood. Worked out so well! Will definitely consider buying again if I ever need to look for something small but meaningful to gift friends/family.
