🌸 Handmade Variations

Each JOJOMAMA piece is lovingly handmade using real flowers and leaves, so natural variations are part of its unique charm. These may include:

Tiny air bubbles that form naturally during the resin process
Colour movement or ink diffusion that occurs organically during curing, giving each piece its own flow and tone
Variations in real pressed flowers and leaves, which differ in size, shape, and colour — no two pieces will ever look exactly alike
Slight variance in surface texture or edges due to the hand-sanding process

Every creation is meant to be cherished for its individuality — just like the artisans who made them. 🩷

💎 Resin Products

Our resin creations are decorative, functional pieces designed for indoor use. To keep them looking their best:

Wipe gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth if stained
Avoid direct sunlight or high heat exposure, which may cause discolouration over time
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

🪵 Jesmonite Products

Our Jesmonite range is also entirely handmade, giving each piece its own natural character. You may notice:

Tiny air bubbles that form during casting
Subtle colour movement or marbling, as pigments blend organically
Slight shade differences between batches or individual pieces

Each Jesmonite piece is heat-resistant but not dishwasher safe, and is sealed with beeswax for added water repellence.
To care for it, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged soaking.

⚙️ Defective Items

The above features are not considered defects; they are what make each piece one-of-a-kind.
An item is deemed defective only if it arrives broken, cracked, or significantly damaged in a way that affects its use or structure (for example, deep scratches, resin breakage, or missing components).

⏳ Lead Time

Personalised orders typically take 7–14 days. Bulk orders of 50 pcs and above require about 1 month or more, as each piece is handmade and needs natural curing time; timing may vary with seasonal flower availability. If you need your order sooner, please WhatsApp us and we’ll try our best to assist.

All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before production begins.

All designs, trademarks, and materials (registered or unregistered) are the property of JOJOMAMA.
Please do not replicate, reproduce, or sell our designs or training content without written consent.

🚚 Liability

JOJOMAMA is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or indirect damages resulting from delivery or product usage.

🔒 Data Privacy

Personal data collected through our website or communications will be used solely for order fulfilment and customer service, in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA guidelines.
